o2 sensor and speedometer and odo not working

I have a 97 civic manual with 237,000 km. Engine light came on with codes for Both o2 sensors. At the same time the dash dimmed and the speedo and odometer stopped working. Any ideas? No code for the speed sensor. Thks

Is fuse 15 in the under-dash fuse/relay box blown? If so, you probably have a wire harness that has been damaged and a wire(s) in it is shorting on a bracket on the intake manifold between the firewall and engine.
