Exclamation No spark help please!!!!!

i have an 01 honda civic lx.. i did the mini me head swap last night. went to go start it and nothing.. it turned and turned but didnt start...... i checked all my wiring... timing is good... so i check for fuel and thats good. checked for spark... OH NO ITS NOT THERE!!. i unplugged the coil pack wires and tested them for al 4 cylinders.. i have good connection with the ground... good connection with the positive from the ignition fuse under the drivers side steering column. i checked the wires from the ecu to the coil packs and nope... i got nothing... the wires to the ecu seem to be fine.. except for the fact that the 4 ignition coil wires arent sending out any power... any suggestions?

Is fuse #1 under the dash blown?

Did you do all of the tests below?

ok just got the multimeter and did the last test on that troubleshooting guide from ron... and i got the .5v so im thinking the coil packs are bad or the timing is off 180..... but if the timing was off im pretty sure that i should still get spark... and im not i got a spark tester and tested and nothing so now im looking towards the timing.. hopefully i can get this started if not ill update and let you know. if anybody knows anything of some sort of possibility please share your info!!!:

How did you synchronize the cam and crank to TDC1?

It seems unlikely that all the coils went bad at once. Do you have spark at some of the plugs?

there is no dizzy this is a coil pack ignition system. and ron i am re-doing the timing right now. if i have a problem still after this or if i works either way i will let you know and ron thank you for the wiring diagram and guide you sent me. if one of those was the problem it definately would have been fixed. plus in gonna need those diagrams later when i want to wire in my own ignition system. no i dont have spark at any of the plugs....... i did the timing the first time with the marks that are on the crank to the marks that are on the timing belt cover, and i know that the cam gear has and up mark and 2 side marks to make sure it is right so i am currently taking off the belt and redoing it to double check my work.....

Does the CEL stay ON or eventually turn OFF when the ignition key is turned to ON (position II)?

Scan the ECU for codes. I don't have any direct experience with the coil pack system but it seems like it should have a crank sensor and a cam sensor to synchronize the ECU with the engine. Though if you get the 0.5 volts this indicates that the ECU is trying to fire sparks.

You do have power and ground to all the coils?
