No low end power when warm

Default No low end power when warm

1990 Honda Civic 1.6L 5 speed
About 4 days ago My car started running like crap when it reaches operating temp. Its Ideals like normal runs ok when its cold. When it gets warm there is like now low end power i have to rev it to about 3000 rpm to take off, cant climb hills, throttle response to POOR and its using about 3x as much gas as it usually does! HELP PLZ

is the check engine light (CEL) on? It should come on if you have a problem with your CAT. The CEL is the first place I'd check. Auto parts stores will check it for you for free.

This is probably a bad plug wire or distributor cap causing misfiring due to weak sparks. When the engine warms up the mixture leans out, making good sparks more critical.
