Default no lights in front panel

Ok so was installing some aftermarket reverse glow gauges and I seemed to have shorted something. At first my headlights, stereo, and all lights in front panel and instrument cluster didn't come on. I was able to fix the headlights and stereo problem by replacing a fuse, but I checked the rest of the fuses for the front panel and instrument cluster and all are good. Also for some reason, when I turn on my headlights the two blinker arrows stay on constantly not blinking and only blinking when i use them (of course). Does anyone have any idea what I did, as in did I screw up the whole wiring harness or is it something simple? Please help!
Thanks

What wires did you cut and molest?!
I thought you blew your dimmer switch until you said your corner stay on.

Test your dimmer switch.
-Either check for continuity or simply unplug the switch and jump the top two wire that came from it. (Jumping the plug bypasses the dimmer switch.)

The arrow lights staying on suggests that you lost the ground for the whole panel.

Realize the dimmer is in the ground side of the circuit in most (all?) Civic models.

electrical issues are very difficult to trace. make sure you have some good schematics to follow or else, you will be doing a lot of tracing or trial and error (which I do not recommend as you might blow more fuses or potentially damage more components).

Default update

To give a little more detail it is a 2002 EX model. I was splicing (what I think) is the headlight and ground wires on the blue connector that goes to the cluster. The light behind my odometer still works and dims with the dimmer. I havent tried danomatic93s or mk378s advice yet but will tonight. Any other suggestions? Thank you for your replies so far =)
