Default NEED RADIO CODE -HELP! HELP!

I HAVE '05 CIVIC LX 2-DOOR . I UNPLUGGED THE BATTERY TO CLEAN IT UP AND NOW MY RADIO DOESN'T WORK.
I NEED THE SERIAL NUMBER IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE CODE FROM THE DEALER.
BUT CAN I GET THE SERIAL NUMBER WITHOUT REMOVING THE RADIO?
ANY ADVISE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

if u just ask for the code from a service advisor, they'll look it up and give it to u if u want to put the code in urself. if u want the dealership to put the code in, then they may charge u. if they charge u for justthe code, then their complete douchebags.

there should be a code in the glove box, maybe a sticker on the bottom or side on the inside of the glove box, thats where mine is on my 2002. or on the manual or paperwork, just look around they give you the code when you buy the car. its a 5 digit code.

Mine came with the paperwork when I bought my new '06 LX. The dealer made a point of telling me about it. Check out your paperwork, it should be there.
