ok i just looked under the glove box and its wet down there. from half way to the right under the dash its moisty. what kind of liquid is this? and is it a hose? and is it fixable from under the dash or do i need to take off the whole dash board? and can i just disconnect the heater assembly so it wont do that?

The leak is engine coolant, which is probably coming from either the two heater hose connections on the firewall (open hood to inspect) or directly from the heater assembly. The easiest fix would be leaky hose connections on the firewall, otherwise you probably need to replace the entire heater assembly. You may be able to pick up a used heater assembly at a salvage yard. Other members may be able to tell you a reliable way to disconnect the two heater hoses and either plug them or connect them together.
