Need help with main engine harness...
I recently got all the symptoms of the main engine harness grounding itself out. Got all the codes (P1298, P0500, P0141 and P0135) and even have the pulsating dash lights and headlights. The engine is revving a little higher than normal (about 1200 to 1300 rpms - normal 600-700) and just stays that way.
I have followed the entire wiring harness, from the driver's side all the way and also from the passenger side fuse box to the engine. I cannot find where the ground might be. I searched the forums and found the link with the picture, but its not rubbing there. Does anyone know where else I can possibly find where this harness is grounding to?

Does information in this service bulletin help at all?

yeah, that actually helped out alot. But, I am still having the same problems.
The idle was running still a little high (1800 rpms). I hit the gas to see if it'll go down and that is when i saw the speedo go up at the same time. Now the car is on jack stands and in park. When I was letting it idle, the speedo would jump up and down.
Could the the VSS be the culprit now? I still get the pulsating lights, but would the VSS still cause this?
Thanks for all the help!

When you say it helped a lot do you mean that you taped up the individual wires and then the entire harness as well? Also did you replace your Fuse #15? And after all the repairs called for by the TSB, you are still having the exact same issues? Am I reading your post correctly?

sorry everyone, I went back up under the dash and starting pulling fuses. turns out I had another fuse gone. thanks again for everything. I got the honda up and running. it was the harness and the blown #15 fuse.
