So i just have some questions about my engine rebuild before i drop it in my 90 civic si body. Is a turbo really worth it? Or would a good cold air, intake manifold,throttle body,headers and exhaust be better for the money? What about new camshafts, cams, pistons? I just wanna get alot of hp and not spend 4 k on a complete turbo. Also i have had mixed opinions on engines..any suggestions on which one would respond best to the upgrades I listed?
