Default Nav Beeps too Loud!

I had an aftermarket audio system installed (speakers, amplifier, and small subwoofer) and the navigation screen beeps are VERY loud now! Is there any way to mute these beeps entirely or at least turn them down? I'm not referring to the voice navigation sounds. It's the beeps you get when you simply touch on buttons on the touch screen. There is no information in the manuals about this and I can't seem to find help on it anywhere!

Edit:
Sorry, I left out some of the most important information:
Car: 2010 Civic EX-L with Navigation
Head Unit: Factory navigation unit
Aftermarket system installed: Alpine MRP-F300 amplifier, SPS-600 speakers (rear), and SPR-17S speakers (front).

The beeps that the head unit naturally makes have become very loud and shrill after having the aftermarket system installed. These beeps don't seem to be controllable via the head unit setup. Only the voice navigation and music volume seem to be controllable.

I'm assuming it's a factory NAV unit... but you never specified what car you have either so it's kind of difficult for anyone to help you

My apologies. I had been searching on so many threads elsewhere and discussing the same problem that I overlooked the simplest of things. Here is the info:

- 2010 Civic EX-L with Navigation
- Factory navigation unit
- I had an Alpine MRP-F300 amplifier, SPS-600 speakers, and SPR-17S speakers installed.

The navigation beep sounds were not an issue until the aftermarket sound system was installed. I've read through the manuals and other threads and have found no information about how to reduce the factory navigation units touch screen beeps. It seems that the only controllable volumes are the navigation voice prompts and music volume. The factory unit makes a beeping sound whenever you make selections on the head unit, and it's these beeps that have become very loud since after the aftermarket sound system was installed.

Update: I took my car to the dealership where I bought my Civic from, and the salesman I talked to couldn't figure out how to mute the system beeps. He even claimed to have the most knowledge about the navigation units and said he'd have to ask around.

Can anyone else please provide some information on the beep?

I'm not familiar with the nav units, but I have never seen a stereo where you can adjust the beep setting volume. But there may be a way to mute it. Go through all of the setting menus and look for the option. If you can't find it, then it's likely not there.
