Cool low RPM on idle civic 97

hello, so recently my honda been given me vibration when is idle or when I stop when I'm driving... I have changed spark plug 6 month ago and has NGK proper spec for the car, and have tried keep it maintain... but I'm visiting NYC see some family member and my car got broken into stereo, sub,gps stolen etc.. and they even shorten my stock radio I need for keyless entries and reset the computer. Ever since that happen I been having this low rpm on idle

So what am I missing?

Messing with the radio wiring is likely to blow the "back up" fuse under the hood. That will cause the ECU to reset ever time you turn the key off, so it will never be able to recalibrate the idle. Check that the blue and white wire that used to go to the radio is not shorted to ground, then replace the fuse if it is blown.

Check that the new fuses didn't blow, which will happen if the wiring is still shorted out.

Then you need to drive some (up to 20 minutes) for the ECU to recalibrate itself.
