Loss of power accelerating

Yeah my civic would just chugg oil like crazy.. I would use 20w-50 I think and I would be adding a quart every three days..I rebuilt the engine and that solved that..but now I have bigger problems :/ lol

On this engine, it has 235,xxx miles. I'm have a feeling it needs rebuilt. But this is my learning car to fix. So just in case I will start to do the little stuff to it here and there. By the time it needs rebuilt, I will put better pistons and what not to handle a turbo. That's a plan, not sure if it will happen but could time out right.

I haven't gotten around to the distributor and plug wires yet. But I did change the fuel pump and getting ready to change the fuel filter. I could hear the pump and I could never get it started under 5 turns. I can already tell it's running better, the idling is very consistent. I still get like a bogging sound, but not as often. Sometimes it will accelerate smooth if I play with it some unless I really mash the pedal.
