You might be having problems with the fuel pump, filter, or injectors. Alternatively, your catalytic converter is clogged.

Runs good on highway but not up hills.
New pipes on the car. Have not checked much on it yet.
But i guess a tuneup wont hurt. Any idea what fuel pressure schould be?

Fuel fiilter first of course. If it runs unevenly like it's misfiring, could also be an ignition problem, change the plugs wires cap and rotor. Don't use aftermarket wires. If it runs smooth but slow, consider the air filter or the cat.

Also you can check the fuel flow (pump and filter performance) as follows: loosen the gas cap, disconnect the return hose at the firewall and direct the end from the regulator into a container. Turn the key on (do not start) and you should have a decent stream. If it just dribbles that's not good.
