Looking for correct PCI on low side AC in 95 civic
Hey everyone, I am looking to recharge the AC in my 95 civic and I can't seam to find a straight answer on this question. What is the target PSI to aim for when recharging?

The best way to be sure of a proper charge is to remove all the refrigerant down to a vacuum, and then put back the specified amount by weight.
When charging by pressure, put the system under load by turning the interior fan on high, fresh air (not recirculate) and leaving the car doors open so that it does not get cold inside. It is a lot more informative to watch the high side. Go for 220 on cooler days (70F) and 295 in hot weather (100F). Low side of a properly charged system can vary quite a bit. Also realize that the total capacity is only 18 oz.
