Default Interior Neon Lights

I was wondering if someone knows how to put neon lights in the honda civic. Where to on the fuse block. Is there an access spot?

I have done plenty of lighting on motorcycles but wondering if it was different in cars.

Can I just wire a switch to the accessory fuse?

There are some spare slots on the fuse box under the dash, just test which ones constant, then you can run the positives up to it, just fuse it before the panel and add a inline switch. There are a tun of different ways to do it..

So I will need a switch and an in line fuse. How do I decide what amp fuse.
Also you said there are extra spots for fuses. Instead of using the in-line fuse how come I can't just use a fusein the fuse block?

use the under-dash fuse box. That eliminates running wires through the firewall. A 7.5 or 10 fuse works for me....just use a multimeter to find a fuse with constant power and run power for the switch off of that.

Yes a switch and in line fuse, and it depends on what your hooking up for the size of fuse you need. If you buy neon lights they usually have the plug to hook it up to thesmoke lighter thing, just unscrew the top of it, and you have your fuse that you need. Then just get a in line fuse holder that holds that size fuse, it can be found at any local electric store and only cost like $1. And your not actually hooking it up to a fuse in a fuse box, your getting the power from a empty fuse slot.
