Default Installing air conditioning

I found this EK civic that I am intrested in getting, but it is a CX without air conditioning. I was wondering if you can install an aftermarket system and if so how do you install them and what is the work involved with them. If anyone knows it wouldbe helpful.

You can pull any AC on the 6th gen civics and put it in. It bolts right in. Thats what I did works great.

The console in this car doesn't have the buttons for A/C so what should I do? and do I need any brackets or pulleys?

on your engine there is already holes for the ac and brackets etc, your compressor should already have a pulley, as far as the buttons I would assume you need to buy a climate console with ac buttons and switches

I was going to add it to my girls hatch and starting gathering all the parts, but we dicided she wants a new car so we arent bothering with it any more. It looks like a lot of work like removing the entire dash board (sounds harder than it is) and expect to spend a few hundred at junk yards. Get OEM stuff though, not aftermarket. THe aftermarket AC systems are universal fit and dont fit well in small civics.
