Default Installed new wiper motor, and now the wipers will try to go DOWN instead of up...

Hello All, I think my problem is the crank arm on the motor..I did not scribe a line on the old motor to make sure It was at the right position and now the wipers go the wrong way..

Pull the wiper arms off and cycle the wipers. Then put the arms back on and see if they work right.

That means you need to take the crank arm off of the motor and put it back on 180 degrees from where it was. I think it only fits those two ways, you have it the wrong way.
