Default idleing problem

Need some help with idleing problem,went out and started my 93 civic the other day and it is idleing up and down.took the battery cable off to reset codes,did not help.any help would be helpful.Thanks Rick

In addition to cleaning the IACV, also clean and adjust the FITV.
