I got an 07 Civic coupe EX and the manual says it uses h4

ah yes i forgot the 07's had dual headlights, but it doesn't use an H4 bulb... it uses 9006 for low beam and 9005 for high beam...

no.. the H4 is a dual filament bulb, the 9006 is not

so you think the reason why i blew a fuse in my last car was because of the wrong bulb size?

if you were using HID's then i wouldn't see how that would cause it to blow a fuse, As they are all basically the same bulb, just different connection for the housing. but if they were on and you unplugged then plugged it back in that can cause it to blow a fuse,

so if i put an H4 into a 9006 socket it wont be a problem just the housing...cause i changed my fuses and it still wont turn on

at first one the left hand side wouldnt turn on, then i checked the fuse and it was blown, i replaced it and it still wouldnt turn....now 2 weeks later my right one went off andwont turn on...i checked the fuse and it wasnt blown....you think it could be the ballast?
