Hey peeps. I need an opinion

I need to replace my wifes exhaust manifold. Does this seem like a good deal? She has a '98 Civic EX 4 door.

What I do is look at different places to see what people are getting for a part. Check car-parts.com & rockauto.com & see what they are selling for. car-parts are used parts.

I cant look at the links right now since im at work. Is it the exhaust manifold with the O2 sensor in it? If so i have one for you. It came off a 1996 D16Y8 It is free of cracks and looks good. I also have the heat shield for it and its not all rusted up.
