Default help with valves

hey guys new to the forum and the honda thing, i have a 94 dx with the stock d15b7 and i pulled my head off today, and i'm pretty sure the valves are toast. could somebody post up pictures of what valves should look like after you pull the head? thanks

Why do you think they are toast? are there pieces missing or burned up valves? How can you see the valve surface without taking the valves out of the head?

there arent any huge pieces gone, but i'm its all caked up with white junk all over it, and started burning oil bad. pistons and rings are in decent shape i know that, so its in the head, but they just look nasty.
