Is there a hole in the manifold/header? Does it only go up to 3,000 rpm's or are u stoping it at that? It seems like to mefrom the video clip that the engine is ok, but sounds likethere's ahole in your exhaust somewhere....bad cat something along those lines.

holy ****... I've never heard that before. Any significant changes lately, or did it happen all of a sudden?

I would definitely run a compression test and go from there

did you do a FUEL injection? since you said he filled up with bad gas.
where is the oil fuel filter? if you have it, open it up to see any bad dirty black stuff in there?
definately do a fuel injection cleaning....
check out the engine code.
