Default HELP MY RPM JUMPS

I have a 1997 Honda civic Ex. The problem is that sometimes my rpm's decide to jump while coming to a stop with my foot on the brake and my rpm's shoot up to about 2000 and I can feel my car jerks from the rear. I just got both my front and brakes done & replace the spark plugs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is the Check Engine Light ON?

Start by cleaning the IACV attached to the throttle body:

Also try bleeding the cooling system. With the engine COOL, open the radiator cap, push the heater lever to max heat, and then perform steps 9-12:

There are many possible causes for idle problems. I just suggested two easy potential fixes first.
