Default Help a Jeeper to fix a Honda

Hello folks. Yes, I drive a Jeep and do not own a Civic...but my Mother does, and it is for her sake that I have come to you all for some assistance.

I am looking for a good write up on replacing a headlight bulb for an '02 Civic EX. I have not had a chance to look at her car just yet to geta feel for the lights & assembly. She seems to think it is just a bulb and not any other issue, and she asked me to try and fix it for her to save money. Her logic seems to be that if Ican fix things on myTJ I should alsobe able to do so on her Honda.

Can anyone here give me some idea of what is involved inreplacing a bulb on her vehicle, or provide a good link? I am assuming they are notthe sealed beam type that require replacing the whole shebang.I could not find this info with various searches & googles. Is this correct?

Remove connector. Turn bulb and pull it out. Insert new bulb and turn. Reinstall connector. Some civics (like my 94) have a retaining clip thing that you push and it pops out, allowing you to remove the bulb. Light bulbs are not hard at all, you should be able to figure it out by looking at it.

I figured as much. As I said I have not gotten a chance to look at her headlights yet, but thank you for your help.
