Help D16y8
Could someone send me a pic of where their throttle stop screw is set at? If at all possible could you set a ruler up against it so I can see how far it goes back... someone adjusted mine and it fell off(before I owned the car, I know better), got a new one but its impossible to set while car is running or even warm... any help would be Greatly Appreciated

Are you referring to the throttle cable adjustment screw that attaches to the throttle body? Adjust the cable so that there is no play in the line, but don't make it so tight its opening the throttle. People can send you pics, but you can't really use someone elses setting as yours will be slightly different.

I tried that but it made my car idle at 2k when cold and 1500 when hot. and what sucks is the only way to make adjustments is whent the car is cool enough to remove throttle body.

You've been running without the screw, which may have caused the throttle plate to wear a groove into the throttle body. Check for that and if you have it it's never going to work quite right; best to replace it.
Otherwise if you can get a proper idle by backing off on the screw, do that. If you can't there is an air leak somewhere else. You should be able to stall the engine out by blocking the intake completely. If not it's getting air through a bad gasket or vacuum line.
