Man,
I called the Honda dealer -- $90 just to look at it. If they tell me I need a new ECM module, that'll be around $300 again!
I noticed the condenser fan doesn't cycle either (even in mild weather). It'll shut off if I turn off the A/C switch inside, or turn the blower off. It just won't do it automatically.
I wonder if the thermostat AND the A/C Pressure switch is bad. May be the A/C pressure switch wire is bad, and the signal is not getting to the ECM.
