Default help

hey, i have a 95 honda civic dx. When ever i stop at a light after the car been running for a little bit my car bogs down alot then revs up.also when i am braking the car wants to keep going, and bad mpg and suggestion? please help!

The first thing I would do is a quick throttle body check and clean. Throttle could be sticking due to dirt and deposits.
Be sure to make check the connecting hoses for leaks or have a cracks.

Seems like there are several problems here. If you're saying that your brakes don't work, fix that first.

haha sorry bad explaining . the brakes work fine it get like a sudden burst of fuel and wants to take off, but i think its the o2 sensor,but not positive

Clean your IACV, that'll probably take care of the odd idle surging issue. There's a DIY on how to do it in the DIY/maintenance section of the forum.
