Default help,89 civic lx 1.5 still dying

ok here is a list of things I have replaced and tryed in effort to fix this thing

1 pcv valve and hose
2 spark plugs,and wires
3distributer cap and rotor
4 coil
5fuel pump and fuel filter
6 air filter
7 I used seafoam, split 3 ways 1/3 fuel tank,1/3 in the oil,and 1/3 in the throttle body and brake booster vac line
8 main relay
9I checked the ecu/pcm to make sure it was operating fine,it didn't flash any codes either
10 02 sensor replaced
11 I also checked all the fuse's and cleaned the ground wires connecting to the valve cover
12 igniter
13 I checked for spark and its sparking
14 I also checked the plugs again and the 2 closest to the distributer where cover in oil(might be the problem)but it dont miss and it runs good, when its not dying out on me
the car will idle all day long and not stall,I can even drive up and down my driveway(up to 15mph not shifting gears)and car won't stall out,the sea foam however did seem to help a little bit,but as soon as I drove down the street(up to 30mph,i went up to 3rd gear shifting a 3000)it died at the first stop sign, stared right back up however,so I drove the rest of the way around the block and at the next stop sign it didn't die,but the idle dropped down to about 300rpm,and I had to keep it revved up,so finally when I pulled onto my street,I turned without stopping,I shifted down to 2nd and the car almost dyed while it was rolling,I had to floor it,to keep it from stalling out, so now as I am pulling into my drive way,I put it in first and came to a complete stop, and the car idled fine and didn't stall what is going on here,I noticed it only dies once I shift into another gear and come to a stop, there are no check engines light on either,I was gonna check the egr valve but I cant find it,ANY SUGGESTION WILL HELP PLEASE POST<PLEASE

right now I have it set at 1000rpm,but like I said soon as I come to a stop the idle usually drops to about 300,or it dies,I also had it set at 1500rpm to see if that would stop it from stalling, but no help there
