Default Ground Wires?

Came across THIS on eBay. Looks interesting.

Can someone explain the logic of how it is supposed to work?

Thanks!

it could help alittle BUT thats just because the factory grounds are so small.... cause they where designed to power just the car... so if youve got afew extra electronics... BEST thing to do is upgrade your ground wires....
just look at your factory ground wires.... battery terminal to the passenger inner fender.... WEAK TINY WIRE... maybe 8gauge... and then thiers the wire from the passenger inner fender that goes onto the tranny... SUPRISE old looking has ruffly 2-3inches of bare wire on both ends of the wires LAME... then thiers the front valve cover to front drivers side radiator support with another suprise 2-3inches of bare wire exposed to the elements... and its a tiny wire as well...
upgrade all 3 of those ground wires to at least 4gauge with soldered terminals and heatshrink to seal the ends around terminal and wire and they will do just as good as those ugly @ss ground blocks... with a wannabe mugen sticker on it.LMFAO

Thanks! So all it does really is give better grounding when you have lots of electronics. I'll take a look at what I have currently. Thanks!

So why did you sell it if it smoothed your idle?

Fair enough. So you would suggest getting them? How do you mean it smoothed your idle? In what way?
