There seems to be a grinding or knocking noise going on with my 04' EX. It sounds like it's coming from the tranny and I can actually feel vibration in the shifter when it happens. The funny part is that this ONLY happens when it rains or when there's a lot of water on the road. This dumbfounds me and I have no clue what it could me. Has this happened to anyone else?

 

Engine may be misfiring. That will get worse the harder you press on the gas, especially at low engine rpm.

 

i have had the samething happen to me. it ended up being the front berring in the transmission. if im right it will only get worse and the grinding and knocking will be constant. i had the transmission replaced in mine for about 500 so its not as bad but i would get it checked out!
