Default Gauge Cluster???

I have a 1993 Civic DX 1.5 liter 5 speed...
  • my dash cluster has the:
  • temp level on left -- speedometer in middle -- gas level on right

  • I want to buy a used gauge cluster with the:
  • Tach on left -- speedometer in middle -- gas & Temp level on right

is this possible?, is it just plug and swap? or does extra wiring need to be done?, any help is greatly appreciated.

it's a plug and play swap. Just remove your stock cluster and put in the other one. All the 92-95 Civics are prewired.

x2 its all plug and play, even for automatics, you can still swap them, it just wont show you what gear ur in. i think there will be 2 plugs in back you will have to plug in and thats it.

dito. plug and play from any 92-95 civic cluster.
AND to keep your milage true and accurate you can remove your stock center speedometer section and swap out the EX,SI clusters speedometer section with yours. very easy to do just dont tighten the rear screws to tight. you dont want to strip the threads out of the gauges! just get em nice and snug.
