I have and Inline fuel filter that kinda look likes this http://www.airworlduk.com/fuelprts4.htmla old buddy of mine gave to me for my civic, will this help out?

You don't need it, the stock filter is fine. That unit looks like it is intended for carburetor systems operating at low pressure. It will probably leak (with obvious potentially disasterous consequences) used at 40 psi fuel injection pressure.
