RE: fitting 15 inch hubcap spinners on a 1993 4 door civic
Dude I took OFF my Cavalier's stock hubcaps because they were going squeakitysqueakitysqueakitysqueakity and it was driving me nuts, and they were messing with the tire balance!
I would rather drive on steelies than hubcap spinners. They suck and don't spin for more than a few seconds. Real spinners can spin for almost an hour. Also, I haven't seen any good hub caps in the aftermarket. I would be weary of them because they can pop off if you corner too hard or hit a good bump.
Paint your steelies, and then save up money and buy some rims. Stay away from the cheap ones, they are usually gravity cast and weigh a ton. Get good rims that look good and are 1 piece forged. If you need rims help there is a huge community here that can help.
