i have a few questions about my 93 civic dx hoping to get some help. my exhaust snapped off right where the headers stop and i have a piece of pipe on there and its very annoying i would like to replace that because im getting aftermarket headers and a test pipe so i dont wanna weld on my new headers can someone tell me what that piece is so i can get it and also my cluster lights go out once in a while but the bright light thing is still on and the seat belt light it is just the spedometer and gas gauge and stuff that goes out any idea what that might be? thanks for the help!!!

In the stock exhaust, the pipe between the manifold and the converter is called the front pipe. Not really sure what you're talking about here though-- if you're planning to replace the whole system anyway you don't need that pipe as an aftermarket header usually leads all the way from the engine to the converter in one piece.

Cluster back lights going on and off is usually a bad dimmer control. Check that the tail lights stay on even when the cluster lights go out.

Put on your seat belt and don't use "test pipes".
