feul pump not engaging

feul pump not engaging

need help, the relay seems to be fine, so does the pump, it did fire once then stopped again, tried hooking up a voltmeter to the plug and showed no power going to it... could it be not grounded out???

check all the grounds, then maybe the fuses as well.[&:]
