Engine stalling, no fuel

Engine stalling, no fuel
Hello,
When I first got my car, I noticed that sometimes when I started the engine the RPM's would constantly jump up and down between 1500 and 2000 RPM. I was thinking that it wasn't getting a constant fuel mix. This might be an isolated issue, but tonight I was stopped at the top of my driveway. I started to go but instead of moving anywhere the engine started bogging like there wasn't any fuel getting to the engine. After it started to roll back down the driveway it bogged enough that the engine stalled. When I started it back up again it took quite awhile to fire. It wasn't like there was too much fuel, rather it was like there wasn't any fuel in it at all. My car has a full tank of gas so I know that's not the issue of course, but I was thinking my fuel solenoid could be going out? Because after that little issue it stopped. Weird huh? I'm just trying to find out what it was so I can replace the part before it happens again!

RE: Engine stalling, no fuel
alrighty thanks for the reply
I think that it was just cold outside and there was condensation in my fuel line that froze in my fuel filter or something. At least that's my dad's theory because that happened on two of his trucks. I'm not sure if that was the thing, but it hasn't done it since... weird...

RE: Engine stalling, no fuel
If that the case then i would buy a STP complete fuel cleaner. This should help clean your fuel system and remove water in it. This should cost you around 5 to 6 dollars. Look for it in the grey container that said STp Complete Fuel cleaner. O yeah you should use this every 4,000 miles to keep it clean.
