I replaced the timing belt on my 94 civic ex. I jumped the ecm ( I think correctly ) and set the timing. I turned the car off and saw the tail lights still on. I tried every thing I could think of and I'm starting to wonder If I jumped the ECM correctly????????????? Anyone have any ideas????????????? or details in jumping the ECM??????????

PCM and ECM are the same thing, i tend to use PCM. I don't think your problem is with your ECM. I would chech the headlight switch (**** you turn)
