Electric sun roof not operating

Electric sunroof not operating

my Honda civic coupe 1996 somehow when i push the electric button it opens it but only 1/4 inch and no more, i can close it. does anyone have any idea how these electric sun roofs can be mended. any input will be much appreciated.

Did you check the moonroof fuses?

Ronj thanks it does operate (i.e. open and shut) so fuse is ok, but it never fully opens. it might just be stiff, i will later try some a40 and see how it goes

Ronj thanks it does operate (i.e. open and shut) so fuse is ok, but it never fully opens. it might just be stiff, i will later try some a40 and see how it goes
