Default EK Bump trim / plasting molding removal?

Hi folks,

OK, I'm confident this has been raised many times - infact I know it has for the EG - but I want to remove my bump trim/plastic molding from my EK civic.

For those unsure what I'm talking about, I've labelled the bits in red at http://www.flickr.com/photos/jza84/3442942448/.

I've searched the forums, tried Googling and even checked my Owner's Manual, but I have not found any clear instructions on how this is done without breaking them and scratching the exterior paint work while I at it. I imagine they are screwed/clipped in (?), but does anyone have a photograph or clear description how?

Of course, I want to remove these (and the corresponding black plastic fixed to the boot/trunk) to spray paint them.

The ones on the door have bolts from the inside of the doors. You have to remove the door panels to get to them, I believe. The ones on the fenders... Im not sure. I would think it's the same setup. You may have to remove the fender to get to it. That, or perhaps you can pull the inner fender liner off and reach behind it. I don't know about the ones on the bumpers. USDM Civics don't have them.
