ecu nubers???????????
i went to get my car refed the other day, i failed horribly. the fricken ref said that i have the wrong ecu. he said that the ecu i have is from a auto trans and it is a "federal" ecu as opposed to a california ecu. the number on the ecu that i have is 37820pr4L11. the ecu that i need is 37820pr4a61. what the hell is the difference? and i also need a stock aircleaner box and accordian tube from a 93 integra. can anybody give me any info on the ecu's? thanks alot

RE: ecu nubers???????????
there will be sensors on the calif cars that are not on others.
dont know too much in the case of hondas, but have come across others that will need the egr for california, and they will not be on non-california. (so have to have the ecu for california)
dont think it will be an easy find for the box and intake tube - wild try would be ebay, but i think you will have to go to a junk yard.
