Default Dyno questions

So I went to the dyno and & need a little help.
I was at the shop and they offered it for free then & there. So please no screwing w/ me about dynoing w/o fixing my vacuum leak first.

Ok here are specs.....
98 civic ex.
98 jdm obd2 integra ls motor
- (slight vacuum leak)
obd1 pr4 ecu (stock)
motor is all stock besides....
password jdm intake
test pipe
2.25" straight, all the way back to a magnaflow muffler.

Notice...I am REALLY lean before 4500ish rpms...
As you can see, I'm also really jumpy @ low rpms.

Questions...
Could the bumpiness be hesitation or something due to the lean condition?
Notice how my torque & h.p. raise pretty fast after my a/f ratio becomes o.k.

Experts tell me what you think about the dyno run.
also...
Would an FPR help out?
How about injector cleaning, new filter or upgraded pump?
Maybe some Hondata, Uber, Chrome & tune a bit?
Any of this necessary at this point?
What is the stock fuel pressure for an ls motor?

I am gonna surmise that the bumpiness and/or leaniality (yes I just made up that word)is due to your vacuum leak...

..and I can't see your sheets.
