Default Doors leaking...

I have noticed that my civic leaks some when it rains...it comes between the frame and weather stripping..seem as though the door isn't shut completely but it is definately shut...also my trunk leaks too..i had the same problem with my other 93 civic but the frame was bent on that one...im just wondering why it would be like this on the 96 unless the frame was bent too..any help?

Maybe the frame is bent. Also, check the seal and make sure it hasnt got any rips in it.

if its leaking around the top door seals then its just the door frame. just open the door and roll the window down all the way, and brace the bottom with your knee and pull really hard on the top of the frame with both hands and pull hard...

to check it out just get a piece of paper folded inhalf and feel the resistance the seals have with the doors closed.
and dont worry about pulling to much on the door frame i highly doubt youd be able to bend the frame to much... and if you do bend it alittle to much you closing the door regularly will bend it back on its own.

i hear this problem quite often so i decided why not just snap a picture its just easier/clearer that way.LOL
beats paying your mechanic 50bucks for him to do just that behind your back and you thinking he really did some work adjusting the door. and works for ALMOST ALL VEHICLE DOORS. cars trucks...ect...
