Default door locks, alarm, and radio circuitry

I was preparing to install a DEH P880 in my 01 civic yesterday and was looking for a suitable ground with a multimeter. I'm afraid that in the process I shorted something because now the radio circuit doesn't work, the keyless entry doesn't work, and my alarm only seems to work when i open the hood. I checked the fuse for the radio circuit (several times) and it is certainly intact.

Any ideas??

Default RE: door locks, alarm, and radio circuitry

It turns out there was a fuse labeled "Backup" under the hood of the car that had blown. Thought I'd post my resolution in case others have similar problems.
