hey i thought about you today and came up with a solution to your problems...
buy a 0bd2b to obd1 jumper harness and buy a p28 ecu this will eliminate your 2nd o2, fuel pressure sensor and knock sensor. then all you gotta do is fix the iavc plug.

with a P28 you need 1 02 and it will be 4 wire
and im not sure but i believe you dont need an OBD-1 dizzy (but ive never done an OBD 2-1 conversion)

no you wont need the obd1 dizzy you can leave everything just like it is. the jumper plugs where your ecu is. it converts the the pulg that are there from obd2b to obd1, then you can plaug your new p28 ecu in.
if you dont mind can you post pics of you ecu plugs and of the engine bay.

but with the p28 you only need 1 o2 , no knock sensor, no fuel tank sensor,
buy yea its a 4 wire o2.

So i got the correct intake and I have switched my iac valve to a 2 wire and I now am doing good with that. I still am having problems with both o2 sensors. I have replaced them both and still its throwing the code. I have cleared the computer several times and still no luck. Someone had mentioned to check to see if i am getting power to the heater? How do I do that? Also how do I wire in the rheostat for the evaporated emission control trick?

If you go obd1 you can use 92-95 honda civic dx/lx dizzy from b7 motor bolts right up and used obd1 2 plug harness i just did this yesterday and can tell u from experience it will work. Or you can by y8 dizzy and get a dizzy adapter from rywire but for obd1 conversion the b7 dizzy is the way to go.

I have taken care of all of my codes except the code 91. My car doesn't have a ftps so I am kinda screwed on that. I am really just putting this car together to sell anyways so I might just pull the cel bulb and send the car on down the road
