Hi,

First, to help you out, it's spelled VTEC, no H.

Second, no, it's not a VTEC engine, but it may have a mini-me swap on it. I would have a VTEC solenoid if it was.

no crank soley for the Y7, but any Y8 or ZC will work...check out Akmee! im going to buy that kit for my build...i will prolly use a port and polished Y7 head because i dont really care much for VTEC...

So, if you want to get rid of that Y7...ill buy it from you.

thats right you can go for the mini-me swap on it, to get vtec..
get a header, 2" high flow cat kit, skun2 cams, some rota o advan rims on it... air filter plus intake...
keep the original steering wheel with airback... work with the suspension ...

with that you get get a little bit faster.. [:'(]

do a good suspension...like a good adjustable strut/spring combo..or even better, true coil overs...and good tires...and you can rape comaros in the corners...trust me...add a little more power like a full exhaust, intake, and maybe a cam (i wouldnt even worry about vtec, in my opinion, its not worth the time and money to switch it...its not much, but still, its time i usually dont have, so thats just me) and if you have a heavy system..take it out....and that car should be pretty quick, maybe not in a straight line..but it will handle really well...

to me, going fast in a straight line is boring...going fast in the corners is wayyyy more fun!
