Default CV joint replacement.

On a scale on 1-10 how hard is it to replace a cv joint yourself?

Medium-low difficulty. Separate the lower ball joint with a small Pitman tool. Follow directions in the service manual (see sites 1 and 2 in my signature) to remove and install the axle.
