Default condensation in front headlight?

The guy I bought my 96 HX from put in some aftermarket headlights. Now one of the headlights gets a bad case of condensation inside the cover - how do I get rid of this problem?

My guess is he broke some seal when he switched them out - new seals? new cover? etc...

Thanks!

Yes, there is a seal that is leaking or the lens is cracked. Some aftermarket headlights are cheaply made, so leaks are common. You could try and spread clear silicone sealant over areas of the headlight unit where the lens and the unit connect.
