Red face Cold weather civic ????

My 1991 Civic Hatchback Si, has a very curious problem, anytime the vehicle is left parked for a long period of time in the sun, and the ambient temperature is above 85 degrees farenheith , the car will not start. Engine will turn over normally but will not start, you leave the vehicle until temperature drops below 85 degrees and it start inmediatelly. Distributor, computer, main relay, ballast capacitor has been changed but problem not solved. The vehicle is in perfect original condition, no rust, absolutely no mods. Any Clues as to what could be causing this situation???

when it doesnt want to start you need to determine if its a lack of fuel or spark. let us know
