Default Clutch issues

I need some help. My 99 Civic was stolen, and when I got it back, everything seemed fine untl I went to drive the car. I pushed the clutch in, put the car in gear and the car went nowhere. I actually put the car in gear without using the clutch, and the car went nowhere nor died. I was thinking maybe the t/o bearing was stuck. The transmission doesn't seem to have any binds. Any ideas? Thanks to any help.

Nice...yes, luckily they were not the brightest people in the world, the car ran out of gas 2 blocks from the local police station. How's that for irony.
