Default Clunking from front end?

Okay so I realize this is a Honda Civic forum, but I had a question related to my other car. Its an 03 MazdaSpeed Protege, and recently when I let off the gas, the front driver side makes kind of a clunking noise from the tire. If I hit the gas or brakes it goes away its only when Im coasting. Could it be a tie rod or strut? Any input is helpful, so thanks in advance!
