well i put about the same amount of force when it was not in nuetral and managed to loosen the bolt...so im guessing it is seized...but thank you for all ur help...

is it possible that a pieve of the starter that broke off into the flywheel..might have gotten stuck in the flywheel...i was thinkin about it when i remembered that that i did take out a piece of metal in there...is there a way to see if something is budged in there??

Pull the lower flywheel cover off and have a look.

i think i did take it off when i first took the piece of metal out...but nothing else seems to be in there...and there is some areas where i cant see into...is it possible to turn the crankpulley alittle bit to the opposite side to try and release the metal(hopping that that is the case) or do i have to take the tranny off to get a better look
